In the process of work, diesel generator sets produce a small amount of waste and solid particles, the main hazard is noise, its sound value is about 108 decibels, seriously affecting people's normal work and life. In order to solve this environmental pollution, Runlan Power Equipment Co., Ltd. designed and developed an advanced diesel generator sound insulation system that can effectively transmit noise out of the machine room. The noise suppression environmental protection project of the generator room must be designed and constructed according to the specific conditions of the machine room. In order to ensure the normal operation of the unit, when designing the sound suppression project of the generator room, the following aspects must be paid attention to: 1. Safety system: no fuel information and photo box shall be set up in the machine room, flammable and explosive materials shall not be stacked, and fire fighting equipment shall be configured. At the same time, electrical equipment such as parallel electrical cabinets should be isolated from the generator room to avoid affecting the working life of electrical components. 2. Air intake system: Each diesel generator set needs a lot of fresh air when working, so the machine room has enough air intake. 3. Exhaust system: when the diesel generator set works, a large amount of heat will be generated, in order to make the generator set work normally, the ambient temperature of the machine room shall not exceed 50 degrees Celsius, and for the diesel engine working conditions, the ambient temperature of the machine room should be lower than 37.8 degrees Celsius, and part of the heat should be pumped out of the machine room. The main contents of the sound insulation project of the generator room: 1. Sound insulation of the access channel of the machine room: in line with the principle of facilitating the transfer of generator sets in and out and the convenience of the work of the machine room personnel, one or two soundproof doors are set up, with a metal frame, with high quality sound insulation materials, and the thickness is 8cm to 12cm. 2. Sound insulation of the air intake system: set up a silencer slot and a sound insulation wall on the air inlet surface, and adopt a forced air intake method to maintain the fresh air required for the normal operation of the unit. 3. Sound insulation of exhaust system. A silencer tank and a soundproof wall are set up on the exhaust surface, and the forced exhaust method is adopted to minimize the working environment temperature of the generator. 4. Flue muffling system: install a two-stage damping silencer on the smoke pipe outside the machine room to reduce the engine smoke exhaust noise without affecting the exhaust gas emissions. 5. Sound-absorbing wall and sound-absorbing ceiling, install suction cup sound materials in the temple in the machine room to prevent noise from coming out and rebounding from the roof of the machine room, and reduce the number of decibels of room noise.
